From 24 – 28 August 2026, the University of Pisa invites you to the 32nd International European Conference on Parallel and Distributed Computing in Pisa. Registration fees are as follows.

*Student Registration requires valid documentation proving registered student status. A letter from the Head of Department or the Director of the Doctoral School, written on the institution's official letterhead, must be sent to europar2026@remove-this.di.unipi.it before completing the registration, with subject “Euro-Par 2026 Student Registration”

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION NOTES:

  • At least one author of each accepted contribution, including workshop and minisymposium papers, must register by the relevant author registration deadline for the contribution to be included in the program
  • Main conference papers must be covered by a regular, non-student registration. This registration must be completed by 22 May 2026 (AoE).
  • Each registration covers one accepted contribution
  • Each accepted contribution must be presented in person by one of its authors during the session in which it is scheduled
  • Conference and Workshops registrations, both regular and student, include access to the main conference and workshops, coffee breaks and lunches, the welcome reception, and the conference dinner
  • Conference Only registration includes access to the main conference, coffee breaks and lunches, the welcome reception, and the conference dinner
  • Workshops Only registration includes access to the workshops, as well as coffee breaks and lunches on the workshop days
  • Participants who require a visa invitation letter should read carefully the VISA SUPPORT procedure below and are strongly advised to start the visa process well in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

  • Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing by email to europar2026@remove-this.di.unipi.it 
  • A cancellation fee of EUR 100 will be applied for cancellations received by June 30, 2026
  • For cancellations received between July 1, 2026 and July 24, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded
  • No refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or after July 25, 2026
  • No-shows are not eligible for any refund
  • Refunds will be processed after the conference
  • Failure to obtain a visa does not entitle a participant to any refund outside the terms of the cancellation policy above.

VISA SUPPORT :

If you require an invitation letter for visa purposes, please submit your request only after completing your registration for Euro-Par 2026. Send your request to europar2026@remove-this.di.unipi.it with subject “Euro-Par 2026 VISA request” containing the following information:

  • Full name as written in passport
  • Citizenship
  • Date and place of birth
  • Passport number
  • Passport date of issue and date of expire
  • Affiliation / Company / Institution
  • Role / Position
  • Current residence address
  • Registration ID
  • Paper ID and title, if applicable

Invitation letters are issued only to registered participants and are intended solely to support the visa application process. Euro-Par 2026 cannot guarantee that a visa will be granted.

Participants are strongly advised to apply for their visa well in advance, as processing times may be lengthy and vary by country of application. 

Failure to obtain a visa does not entitle a participant to any refund outside the terms of the conference cancellation policy.
