Javier Garcia-Blas is Full Professor of Computer Architecture and Technology in the Computer Science Department at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.  He has more than 107 publications in national and international conferences and journals. He regularly serves on the program committee of more than 8 conferences. He was the coordinator and principal investigator of the European project ASPIDE (H2020 FET-HPC). In the past he has actively participated in five European-funded projects: ADMIRE (H2020), ERA4TB(H2020), MADE (H2020), EDI@cloud (H2020), GOVeIN (H2020), Rephrase (H2020), and Repara (FP7).
