Gabriele Mencagli is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Pisa, Italy. He is the co-author of more than 100 peer-reviewed publications in international conferences, workshops, and journals, as well as one book. His research interests include parallel and distributed systems, autonomic computing, and data stream processing. He serves on the Editorial Boards of Future Generation Computer Systems (Elsevier) and Cluster Computing (Springer).
